Preschool with Purpose: How Grace Preschool Educates the Whole Student

At Grace Preschool, we know our job is so much more than just wiping noses, reading story books, and making art projects. We certainly do all of those things, but we do them with an eternal purpose in mind. At Grace, we partner with parents in order to guide children towards happy, wholesome development, learning to love God and one another. 

CHRIST AT THE CENTER

At Grace School, God and His Word are at the center of all we do. In addition to weekly chapel and daily Bible lessons, our teachers also integrate a biblical worldview into the everyday activities of the classroom, demonstrating how faith in Christ shapes our whole lives and our perspective of the world.

PLAY-BASED CURRICULUM

We believe children learn by experiencing, exploring, and manipulating things in their environment.  Our preschoolers are doers, and we keep them busy with a balanced daily schedule that builds academic skills through an inquiry-based learning approach that honors their God-given desire to explore and discover the world through play.

KINDERGARTEN PREPAREDNESS

Our PS4 pre-kindergarten class emphasizes phonics, pre-reading, and math skills through the use of creative, hands-on learning centers that provide students with the opportunity to actively participate in learning, developing essential pre-academic skills as they prepare for kindergarten and beyond.

CONTINUITY OF EDUCATION

As a preschool through 12th grade school, our students have the opportunity to complete their entire educational journey right here at Grace. Every year, we graduate a group of "lifers"--students who have been with us since early childhood. We cherish the opportunity to see our students grow and develop into mature men and women of God!
