When asked about the talent of his team this year, Coach Coate told the VC Star, "Everybody is better. I'm talking about top to bottom talent, top to bottom quarterbacks, top to bottom schemes. Congratulations to graduated Grace seniors, Ethan LaSecla and Logan Burns for earning the title of "Athlete of the Year" from Ventura County Sports Hall of Fame. We are proud of both these stellar athletes who were recognized not only for their athletic skills but also for their dedication and hard work academically.
Grace athletics enjoyed a successful 24/25 year across the board. It is truly amazing to look back at the statistics and realize nearly every one of our teams went to CIF playoffs and several were champions in their league. We want to pursue winning, but at Grace we instill that ultimate success comes by glorifying God through our behavior, attitude, and work ethic.
