INSTRUCTIONS FOR WITHDRAWING FROM THE 2025/2026 SCHOOL YEAR

Although we never like to see a student leave, we understand that circumstances change for a few families every year.  If this is the case with your family, and you do not plan on returning to Grace next year, please complete our Grace Withdrawal Form below.  This form is required and provides written notification to administration that your student(s) will not be returning.  

PLEASE COMPLETE A SEPARATE WITHDRAWAL FORM FOR EACH CHILD.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

I certify that I represent all legal decision-making parties for the student listed on this form and that all parties agree about the decision to withdraw from Grace School.

I understand that by submitting the Grace Withdrawal Form I am ending my student's enrollment at Grace, effective at the end of the current school year or by the date indicated above.  I understand that my student's spot will be released and made available to new applicants.

I understand that should I choose to re-enroll at Grace School I will be required to re-apply using Grace's new student application. My student will be required to follow all the proper steps of the new student application process including (1) application and new student application fee, (2) academic records review, (3) admission testing (if applicable), (5) the principal/family interview, and (6) payment of the new student enrollment fee.

I understand that I have to submit this Grace Withdrawal form by FEBRUARY 15, 2025 to avoid being charged the non-refundable re-enrollment fee.

I understand that Grace's withdrawal policy requires that parents withdrawing a student after April 30, 2025 will be required to pay a withdrawal penalty and additional tuition based upon the actual withdrawal date. I understand that, regardless of the circumstances, there are no exceptions to this policy.
