JR/SR HIGH AND ELEMENTARY ROBOTICS CLUBS
Interested in Robotics? We have wonderful opportunities at Grace for students to get involved. Our Robotics Club provides students with a fantastic platform to learn and apply STEM principles. We want our students to learn about the principles of engineering as they work to design, build, and program a robot. Our clubs are another way we carry out the mission of the school which is to glorify God while educating our students.
- Jr/Sr High Robotics Club Information Meeting: Dates coming soon. If you are considering joining this club, please come to this important meeting where we will have a brief parent meeting for new parents and discuss the basics of the club and expectations for both students and parents who join this club. This club meets most Monday nights from 6-9PM and Saturday mornings from 10AM - 1PM over the summer and the course of the school year. Please email Jake Mittel at jmittel@gracesimi.com with any questions you might have about the club and summer plans.
- The Jr/Sr High Robotics Club requires a high level of commitment from students. In order for the robots to be designed, built, programmed, and prepared for competitions it takes a huge amount of time and effort. This means that students must be dedicated to work together as a team. If you would like to see this year's challenge, you can go to the following link https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dvDqEI7qO34
- Elementary Robotics Club: Robotics for 5th and 6th graders will begin meeting this summer starting in June. Please contact Jason Mukherjee at jason_mukherjee@yahoo.com for more information.
