Events and Traditions

We love to get families involved!

There are many events throughout the year for you to participate in fun activities with your child. These events range from our Fall Open House to our Christmas and “graduation” programs, to our Mother’s Day Luncheon and Father’s Day Picnic, to our special Parent Education Seminars.

On the Elementary Campus, we like to feel we have the busiest campus of our three! There are ALWAYS ways for parents to get involved in fun activities. Here are just a few!

• We celebrate family with Grandparents Day, Muffins with Mom, and Donuts with Dad
• We celebrate great food with In-and-Out Burger Day and homemade tacos at the Carnival
• We recognize freedom does not come free. On 9/11, Constitution Day, and Veterans Day every year we pause and remember those who lost their lives and honor our first responders, medical personnel, and veterans.
• We celebrate community and hold a Fall Festival/Carnival and Evening on the Green open to our families and the community.
• We have Spirit Week with fun activities such as skits by the teachers and fun dress-up days like "dressing for the decades".
• We dress up for the 100th day of school, Dr. Suess' birthday and support our teams by wearing our Grace uniforms on game days.
• We honor the birth of our Lord and Savior with a Christmas Program that is a part skit and lots of great music.
• We celebrate with families when their sixth graders participate in a graduation ceremony.

Mission Month

February is Mission Month at our school. The staff at the elementary has emphasized teaching our students to show compassion to those less fortunate. In recognizing that many families in our community lack the necessities we believe our students would benefit from the opportunity to help them.

Therefore, we have partnered with Children's Hunger Fund (CHF) to achieve this goal. CHF is a nonprofit organization that works to alleviate the suffering of children across America and around the world. Meeting the physical needs of people opens the door to sharing the gospel of Christ. To do this we would like to ask that students provide food items that will be packaged and delivered to families in our surrounding communities.

Jr/Sr High Students engage in many events & traditions around the campus. Highlights for the senior high students are the class trips. Here is a sample of the many activities:
