We are pleased that you are exploring Grace School for your student’s education. Preschool applicants follow the admissions process below:

APPLICATION Process

1. Submit the online application, including the non-refundable application fee ($50).
2. Complete the developmental profile form (accessed via your admissions checklist).
3. Schedule an interview with the Preschool Director via your MyGrace admissions checklist.
4. After the interview, you will be informed of our enrollment decision via email and via the "decision" tab on your MyGrace account.
5. If accepted, complete the online enrollment contract via MyGrace and pay the $150 non-refundable enrollment fee to secure your student's place.
6. Upload enrollment documents and complete enrollment forms via your checklist (these are required before your student can attend class).

Supporting Documents Needed

1. None are needed at the time of application.
2. Additional information and documents are needed upon enrollment.

K-6th Grade 

1. Submit the online application, including the $100 non-refundable fee.
2. Upload a copy of your student's most recent report card and IEP/504 (if applicable) to your admissions progress checklist in MyGrace.
3. Provide your current principal's email address via the "principal recommendation" step on your admissions progress checklist. We recommend letting your current school know to be expecting the form as this will expedite the process. Homeschool families, please email cwilburn@gracesimi.com if you would like to request that this step be waived.
4. Schedule an assessment with our Dean of Academics via your MyGrace admissions progress checklist.
5. Schedule an interview with our Elementary Principal via your MyGrace admissions progress checklist (please be sure that the interview takes place after the assessment. They can be completed on the same day, but the assessment much be finished before the interview start time).
6. After the interview, you will be informed of our enrollment decision via email and via the "decision" tab on your MyGrace account.
7. If accepted, complete the online enrollment contract via MyGrace and pay the $550 non-refundable enrollment fee to secure your student's place.
8. Upload enrollment documents and complete enrollment forms via your checklist (these are required before your student can attend class).

Supporting Documents Needed

1. Recent report card (for students applying to grades 1-6).
2. IEP document, if applicable.
3. Email address of current principal or program director (he or she will receive a recommendation form to complete on your student's behalf).
4. Additional information and documents are needed upon enrollment.

Kindergarten Applicants, Please Note: Students must be five (5) years old before December 1, 2025 in order to qualify for kindergarten for the 2025/2026 school year. Students turning five on or after December 1, 2025 are encouraged to apply for our Pre-K program at Grace Preschool.
